Return & Exchange Conditions

• Items must be authorized for return; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

• Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

• All items must be returned in their original condition, free from scratches, wear, or alterations such as resizing.

• Customers must use a shipping method with tracking for all returns or exchanges. Items sent without tracking will not be processed.

• Any promotional gifts included with your purchase must be returned with the item. If not, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
